We are a brand ownership and management company. We do not own or invest in hotels. We own the brands and manage the hotels.
As a management company we focus on management contracts, we do not buy or rent hotels/properties.
As a management company we invest our time and expertise to make your hotel a great success. All capital investments are to be done by the owner of the hotel, as per brand specifications provided by Artoso.
All leading hotel management companies usually make business plans and forecast returns for the next 5 - 10 years. No guaranteed fixed returns are given, however these forecasts are made with a lot of experience and are achieved in most cases.
Like all established brands, we have specifications for each of our brands to have a consistent product and experience for our guests. This investment goes a long way to enhance the capital value of your property and generate higher ROI due to a better standardised luxury product.
We take on management of Luxury boutique hotels ranging from 10-100 rooms, with a preference of stand alone hotels with an inventory of 20-60 rooms. We manage hotels both in the city and resort locations. Our conversion friendly brands are changing the hotel industry and offering solutions to many problems faced by small independent hotel owners.
Our fees vary depending on the size and complexity of your hotel. We typically charge a percentage of your hotel's gross revenue, subject to a minimum fee for our services. We are happy to provide you with a detailed proposal once we have more information about your property.
The team will be appointed by us but will be on the hotel’s payroll. The money of the hotel will be allocated between the Sales and marketing fee, distribution fee, repair and maintenance fund, administrative fee, for eg - emails IDS etc.
We provide end to end management solutions including designing, branding, staffing, marketing and complete management.

It is essential to train the sales and marketing staff in these procedures and ensure that they follow them consistently to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and revenue performance at Artoso. The SOP will also include a section on the hotel's commitment to sustainability and ethical business practices and how the sales and marketing activities align with these values. We will develop a custom marketing plan for your hotel that targets your ideal guests. We will use a variety of marketing channels to reach your target audience, including online advertising, print advertising, and public relations.
Revenue Management and Yield Strategies:

  • ~The revenue management team will develop a revenue management plan outlining the pricing strategy, inventory management, and distribution channels to maximise revenue and profitability.

  • ~The team will monitor market demand and adjust pricing and inventory levels accordingly, using revenue management tools and analytics to optimise revenue and yield.

    We will create a financial plan for your hotel that outlines your revenue goals and expenses. We will also track your financial performance on a monthly basis and make adjustments as needed.
Artoso has a panel of Architects and Designers that we can recommend, however, the owner is free to work with someone of their choice, provided they’re approved by us, and adhere to the brand specifications of Artoso brands.
